On the Job (OUTDATED)

EDIT: Holy moly, I just realized how completely outdated this thing is... XD As the story stands right now, neither Henry nor Jerry would go running after monsters with weapons. (That's Crowen's job) Nowadays, Henry is the pilot and doesn't get in on the action much. Though he doesn't mind that, cause he's pretty rubbish at fighting. Shooting things while in flight, now that is a whole other story! And Jerry would at the very least be hunting monsters with scientific equipment, not stasers. Though seeing that he's a bit of a chicken, you won't find him looking for fire breathing monstrosities in the dead of night.

So, thought I'd finally do something with my OC's again because they've been heartlessly abandoned over the last few months. They've been sitting somewhere in a dark corner in my mind and haven't had the chance to do anything worthwile.

So here they are (well, two of them): My boys on the job!

It's a scene from a story of mine that I'd like to turn into a comic book.

In this one those two have been sent out by Merryweather to find and capture a beast that escaped from a parallel universe into another, through a portal. (Jerry explains the whole thing here catnip94.deviantart.com/galler…
It's their job to bring the beast back to it's own universe and close the portal. Unfortunately the ATOM tracking system couldn't get a reading on the beast, so basically they have no idea what they're up against.
And on top of that it's Henry's first job. Yay! (Yep, I'm mean.)

Oh, they're gonna have fun.

Oh yeah, that's another thing: Remember Butch? He's got a new name now! He's called Henry McKirmik.
I felt the old name didn't really fit to him. I always thought he looked like a Henry. And he also lost the limp. Another thing that didn't really make sense and didn't have a proper explanation. At least one nice thing I've done to him
Jerry still hasn't got a last name, but he's generally stayed his wicked old british self.

As for their clothes: I decided to give everyone a uniform, specially made for the field. Jerry is wearing something he put together himself, believing that it would make him irresistable to the ladies. Hasn't worked yet. Also: nothing can part him from his goggles, no matter where he goes. (and yes, he is wearing a wetsuit under his clothes, cause of the 'cool head thingie', as he calls it) Of course, the fingerless gloves have to be there.
Henry, being a simple man, just swapped his brown leather jacket with a black one.

I've had endless fun drawing this. Especially cause I kept imagining what would happen next.
